Shipping Policy
To ensure that your package is properly delivered and that you receive your package within the time frames we advertise, please make sure to provide the correct and complete shipping address when placing your order. The use of correct abbreviations, street numbers, building or apartment numbers, and route information (if applicable) is critical for ensuring timely delivery.
We do not take responsibility for lost, misplaced, or incorrectly delivered shipments if the shipping address provided is incorrect and the delivery is unsuccessful.
Please note:
Total Delivery Time = Processing Time + Shipping Time
(This does not include any customs delays, weekends, holiday periods, or other unforeseen circumstances.)

3. Delivery Policy
If your package is lost or missing, you must contact us within 30 days of the delivery date to be eligible for a store credit or reshipment.
ANPOR does not guarantee responsibility for packages that have been reported as “Delivered” by the carrier. Each case will be reviewed individually.
